Since 2001, Seeds of Wisdom has partnered with Rochester families to give children a nurturing, Christ-centered start and a community that reflects God's kingdom.
How we started
From a small in-home daycare to a thriving community
What began as a small in-home daycare has grown into a four-program school for children ages 2–5, plus a summer camp. Through every year of growth our values never changed: small classes, a 1:10 teacher/student ratio, consistent teachers and a deep respect for how young children learn.
We believe play is serious work. When a child sorts blocks, negotiates a turn, or paints a story, they are building the brain — and the heart — they'll carry for life. Our job is to protect that work, cheer it on, and root it in God's love.

Preschool Program Director & Lead Instructor
With over 20 years of teaching experience and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Dr. Frye is passionate about creating a faith-filled environment where children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Her heart is to help every child build confidence, friendships, and a love for learning.
Mrs. Marcia Webster
Executive Director
Executive Director Marcia Webster is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to thrive. With a heart for children and families, she provides servant leadership that supports academic excellence, spiritual growth, and strong partnerships with parents, ensuring that Seeds of Wisdom continues its mission of preparing children for kindergarten and a lifetime of learning.
Evelyn Frye
Founder
Founded by Mrs. Evelyn Frye, Seeds of Wisdom Early Development Center was established with a vision to provide children with a Christ-centered education that nurtures their minds, hearts, and faith. Her passion for helping young children develop a love for learning and a strong biblical foundation continues to inspire our mission of preparing every child for success in school, in life, and in their walk with God.
